The cottages are located in 15 multi-unit buildings (i.e. duplex, triplex, etc.) and are very much like a single-family home. The cottages provide an easier transition from your own home to retirement community living.
Deluxe Terrace have their own washer and dryers in the unit, full size appliances and a terrace/balcony for outdoor living, these units are the size of our cottages/more spacious.
Oak Lodge and Laurelwood Lodge Apartments feature a laundry room on each floor, an elevator for easy access, ground floor entrances and parking on 1st and 3rd floors, and the skybridge connecting to Oak Lodge. Each home offers an efficiency kitchen with a range and refrigerator/freezer and spacious closets. Dishwashers are provided in the 2-bedroom apartments only.
