We offer a perfect setting for recuperating between hospitalization and home with our Medicare Certified post-acute rehabilitation center. The program is designed specifically to care for individuals recovering from acute situations such as cardiac conditions or stroke, fractures, and hip or knee replacements. Rehabilitation services are provided in our state-of-the-art facility with dedicated therapy rooms. The centerpiece of our program is the 10’ x 14’ innovative aquatic therapy pool which features a counter current on one side of the pool while maintaining still water on the opposite side for more traditional water exercise. The versatility of the pool allows for multi-patient, group and individual therapy sessions. Exclusively for short stay patients, the Rehab Center offers a dedicated entrance with its own nursing station and a café that serves delicious, heart-healthy meals. Each resident’s room features resort-style furniture, as well as a flat screen TV and individually controlled thermostats.Our rehab specialists provide the personalized physical, speech and occupational therapies as well as other services needed to maximize performance, achieve optimal independence and get you back to your normal lifestyle.
