Spiritual care
Franciscan Villa makes the healing presence of God known in our world through comprehensive and spiritually enriching services for seniors of all faiths that includes Mass, the Sacraments and Protestant prayer services. Our belief in care for the whole person is the foundation to create a healthier and more vibrant Franciscan Villa. Our core values of compassion, inclusion, integrity, excellence and collaboration call us to put forth our personal and professional best each day. We are committed to creating an environment where home is truly here for all who enter.
Our Director of Mission Integration and Chaplain serves 5 days a week and is well known to all our residents.
In addition, we have a strong Volunteer Chaplain Group that meets one-on-one with residents as requested, leads rosary and communion services, and shares their caring and nurturing skills with residents and staff.
Mass is celebrated every Sunday as well as multiple rosary and communion opportunities throughout the week for residents and staff. Anointing of the Sick is monthly or on request.
The beautiful chapel on our campus allows all to enjoy religious services and quiet meditation.
