Job Responsibilities:

The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving meals that are nutritious, appealing, and in accordance with residents’ dietary needs and facility guidelines. Duties include following menus and recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards, and collaborating with dietary staff to ensure high-quality meal service. The Cook plays a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for residents.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or restaurant kitchen preferred

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

  • Ability to follow recipes and special diet requirements

  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
