Essential Job Specific Duties/Responsibilities

  • Maintain targeted occupancy levels through proactive admissions and outreach efforts
  • Serve as a key contact for prospective residents and their families
  • Support marketing and community engagement activities, including events and sponsorships
  • Assist with developing promotional materials and advertising opportunities
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and transitions between care levels
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to build positive relationships and referral networks

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience working with older adults in long term care facility (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Friendly, welcoming presence with a passion for helping others
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism
