Franciscan Villa has exciting new opportunities for Resident Assistants in our Assisted Living Community on 1st and 2nd shifts. Our starting pay range is $14.00 - $16.40 per hour. Now offering a sign on bonus of $2,500 for Resident Assistants hired to work at a .5 FTE or higher!

Job Responsibilities:
The Resident Assistant (RA) in our Assisted Living community provides direct and indirect care to residents under nurse supervision. RAs assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), dispense medication, and perform utility work for our residents’ comfort.
Job Requirements
- CBRF certifications in Fire Safety, First Aid, Standard Precautions and Medication Administration preferred
- Must work every other weekend and occasional holidays
