Tim Dressman

Vice President of Business Development

Timothy C. Dressman is Vice President of Business Development for CHI Living Communities.

Tim was previously the Executive Director of St. Leonard in Centerville, OH from 2001-2015. St. Leonard is CHI Living Communities’ largest campus. Tim was responsible for the operation of this 671-unit CCRC consisting of cottages/garden homes, traditional and memory care assisted living apartments, a Medicare and Medicaid Certified SNF component, an independent tax credit housing facility, and adult day care.  Tim led the development of several multi-million dollar expansions and was an integral part of creating and implementing a nationally recognized Alzheimer and dementia care program at St. Leonard. Prior to Tim’s tenure with CHI,  Tim was the Executive Director of Mercy Franciscan at West Park for eleven years, and Interim Executive Director at Mercy St. Theresa Center. He served and retired from the United States Navy and Navy Reserve in 2007 after a 25 year career as a Hospital Corpsman and Medical Services Corp Officer.

Tim served as Chair of the Board of Directors for the American College of Health Care Administrators  (ACHCA ) from 2010-2012, He was President of the Ohio Chapter ACHCA in 2008 and a member of the National Board of Directors since 2005.  He was the Past Chair of the ACHCA Academy for Long Term Care Leadership and Research and continues to serve on the committee. He also serves on the CHA Continuing Care Advisory Committee. Tim is a member of the American and Ohio Health Care Associations, Catholic Health Association, Military Officers Association of America, American Legion and Knights of Columbus.

He received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Northern Kentucky University and a Master of Art in Health Services Management and Business Administration from Webster University of St. Louis at Camp Pendleton, California.  Tim has four children and resides in Springboro, Ohio.
