Description

The Gardens at St. Elizabeth, located in the historic Highlands neighborhood of Denver, is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community looking for an Executive Director to join its team! The Executive Director will lead strategic initiatives with innovative solutions that enrich the quality of residents’ lives and develop employee, community, and industry relationships. The Executive Director provides direction and oversight for overall operations including regulatory compliance, marketing, clinical, and financial control.

The Executive Director is responsible for the overall direction and administration of the programs and services provided by the facility. Develops, implements, and monitors policies and objectives of the facility according to the philosophy and mission of CHI Living Communities. Functions as a liaison to the Advisory Board. Actively contributes to the efficiency and morale of the campus.

Job Requirements

  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Colorado.
  • Master’s Degree in Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience.
