Sr. Vice President, Operations and Business Integration

Jason has been a health care leader for more than 25 years, with oversight of strategic planning, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement. Our campus, clinical and operational leaders report to him. He also is accountable for managed services agreements, acquisitions, corporate alliances, and regulatory compliance.

Previously, Jason was Senior Vice President of Operations for Trilogy Health Services, Louisville; TriHealth, Cincinnati, and Bon Secours MercyHealth (formerly Catholic Health Partners), Akron; as well as MercyHealth in Cincinnati as President of Senior Health and Housing.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from Notre Dame and a bachelor’s in gerontology, long-term care administration, from the College of Mount Saint Joseph. Jason has served on the Boards of Trustees for OHCA and Mount St. Joseph University, among others.
